These simple guidelines help us maintain a comfortable, safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Room towels may not be taken to the beach or pool.
Daily room service is provided until 12h00.
Breakfast is served during the stated breakfast times.
Special arrangements can be made for early breakfasts where possible.
Excessive noise is not permitted after 20h00.
Children may not use the pool without adult supervision.
Please respect fellow guests and maintain a considerate environment.
No room service is provided on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
A light breakfast is provided on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Breakfast is served in the dining room.
Visitors are not permitted without prior permission.
Children under 17 may not book rooms to stay without an adult.
Unauthorised visitors may result in the guest being liable for the full applicable room price.
Lost keys, remotes and breakages are payable by the responsible guest.
Card transaction fees may not be refundable.
Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and conduct during their stay.
